Tuition feee and bank loan

Hi Experts

I have a couple of queries

1) I have applied bank loan using my paternal aunts property (my dads brother's wife- Same surname) , as we do not hold a property. Will that create a problem for my visa. Bank has approved to give the loan

2) Can my sister who is in UK pay my 1st semester tuition, through credit card or something from there? again will that be an issue for my visa.

Rest, i have an FD of 4 lacs on my name, have perfect IT returns, and also dads it returns

Is this enough or i need to add anything else as to make my case strong?

1) if bank is ready to mentioned ur name in bank loan letter than it wont be a problem.......
2)I think it wont be any problm if she pay ur fees
3) f.d is count as liquid money so it is good but agan if u want to make ur case strong f.d shud be old not fresh(its not manadotry)
4)if u applying under spp than no ITRS IS NEEDED

but how do i show financial strength, is bank loan and fd good enough?? the FD is 4 months old as of now

As financial strength u can show ur F.D which 4 month old and u also can show ur bank statement which shud be also old not fresh one again its not mandotry...
Can u plz share ur profile ...dont worry bank loan and f.d will work no need to show anythng else
