Please, is it compulsory that without paying your Tuition fee, your student visa application will not be approved?
Has anyone's Visa application been approved on this scenario?

initially you need to pay the non refundable amount that the institution ask you to pay before you leave your home country. Moreover , one of my agent ask me to pay the complete first year tuition fee upfront, and according to them it will eventually help to get the visa.

it's required to pay first year tuition if you are in SDS. For non-sds applications, it is really up to you whether to pay it, but it is always good way to show you are a bona fide student by doing so
