Hello there,

I am Syrian and living now in Syria with my family. Because of the daily problems which we are facing in my country Syria. We decided to leave the country because already one of my children is expired and my family is in danger.

I am planning to ask about a visit to Canada by registering in an English course in GEOS Language Academy in Canada. The Canadian embassy is closed in my country from around 5 months. So I plan to apply for a visit visa through neighbor countries such as Lebanon or Jordan.

If I succeed in arriving to Canada I plan after that to search for a job and then while I am in Canada I will change my case from visit to have a work permit or register in a university to take master and have a student permit.

After being stable,The next step is in my mind to bring my family from Syria to live with me under resident visa in Canada for few years until we can apply for Canadian citizenship.

This is the logic which is in my mind now and I plan to make. Please give me some advises and inform me if I can do that or I must modify some points.

So we can summarize my case by saying we want to leave Syria and I will try to go to Canada on visit Visa and after having a job I will bring my wife and children to live together in Canada until we can get the Canadian citizenship.

Please give me some advises

Thanks for all

Just give me an advise please... I am sure there are in this forum a lot of experienced people.

Inform me what is the best way to come to Canada. Visit Visa after getting invitation from an institute in Canada to attend a class?.

OR

coming to Canada to study more than 6 months and in this case I will take study permit?

And by study permit is it legal to study and work in the same time even working as part timer ?
