Trying to calculate points - post-secondary qualification question

Hi all, I'm waiting on my IELTS test on Saturday (wish me luck!) and I'm trying to work out my points assuming a good IELTS score (native English speaker).

I've tried a few calculators online and I seem to be either 440 or 465. The difference stems around my post-secondary qualifications. I am confused around the wording and wondering if anyone can clarify the following:

"Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer (levels 6,7 & 8)"

- Firstly, I have a law degree, can anyone confirm that this counts as an 'entry to practice professional degree'?
- After obtaining my law degree I sat a one year diplome in legal practice which is required in order to become a lawyer in Scotland. Does this count as a second post-secondary program? I'm hoping it does.

If anyone can clarify, I would be grateful.

Thanks!

To your questions:

- Firstly, I have a law degree, can anyone confirm that this counts as an 'entry to practice professional degree'? - Is the Diploma ( that you mentioned in second point) mandatory before you can start practice. One way to validate your situation is to explore how Canadian Law courses work. Ask someone or explore internet to understand that by just passing the law degree can anyone qualify to practice in Canada?

- After obtaining my law degree I sat a one year diplome in legal practice which is required in order to become a lawyer in Scotland. Does this count as a second post-secondary program? I'm hoping it does. - Yes I would think so too.
