Hi everyone, I applied for Canadian visa from Nigeria to attend career related conference and I was denied, their reasons are, travel history and employment status, The truth is that I'm currently working since Dec 2015 till day and I've travelled to Canada last August for a conference and I spent only 12 days. Now I'm going on 60 days vacation to USA with b1 b2 mutiple entry visa, which will expire Oct 2018, can I apply from USA to attend a conference in Canada April.

You can but isn't it suspicious that you can take 60 days off work? That may be interpreted as weak ties. Unless you are in sabbatical

I'm on leave of absence, based on health issues. It's also accrued leave.
