TRV - Visitor Visa - Mother in law

Hello,

I am on closed work permit and my wife is on visitor visa. We're planning to bring my wife's mother on TRV-Visitor to stay with us for 3-5 months. Am i allowed or sponsor to send a invitation letter to apply a visitor visa for her and i comply with low income cut off as i earn 85K annually.

Need assistance from you guys. Please let me know.

3-5 months is a very long visit for a tourist. I would recommend she ask for a 2-3 week trip instead.

You can certainly send an invitation. However the application will be approved or refused based on your mother in law's profile including her ties to her home country, assets and past travel.
