Hello
we applied for a tRV visa for my future brother in law to come to our wedding and we got a refusal today.
for the following reasons
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
we applied online, and my brother in law lives in Ethiopia,
Married with 3 kids and both his in-laws and his mother live with him, owns a metal works shop which he has owned since 2003 and had about 900000 ETB approximately 47000 CAD in his account, he has property and a vehicle under his name
my fiance is American and doesn't have papers for Canada yet so i was the one that sent the invite plus the wedding card
we did include a letter of explanation in the application marriage certificate
I don't know how to address the VO's concerns,
he has never traveled outside the country except for Dubai
i don't know what else we can provide to proof his ties to his country besides what we did
ANY HELP or Suggestions would be appreciated
Thank you
