I need some information from experts that if a person hold valid multiple entry trv for next five years and get work permit under ICT program (outside Canada) then will he required to get work visa stamp on his passport from residence/home country? If yes then will embassy cancelled his trv prior issuing work visa stamping?

can a person retain both visas trv n work visa at same time?

Or if he enter Canada through trv visa then what he needs to do to extend his status since under trv he can stay 6 month only whereas work permit validity would be 1 to 2 years?

If you already hold a valid TRV, you shouldn't have to send your passport again for another TRV but no guarantees, as some are still requested to send it for stamping

You don't "enter Canada through trv visa". A TRV is a stamp in your passport that allows you to board a commercial carrier to travel to Canada and has nothing to do with status in Canada. Status, either visitor, worker or student, is granted by CBSA upon entry.
