Hello:
I am trying to find out everything and anything regarding applying for TRV for my husband who is Egyptian. I am currently in Canada(born and raised), we have been married for almost a year. I would like for him to come to Canada to, well, check it out. To see the differences of the coutries for himself.
After being in Egypt and seeing the culture/way of life first hand, I think it only fair for him to do the same. In the end, it is to be able to take everything into account while making decisions for our future-PR, or the chance we apply for it.
Any thoughts as to the likelyhood of this actually happening? From everything I have read it seems rather dismal to be granted a TRV.
Neither of us care where we live, we just want to be together. living in
Egypt is all good with me. But it would be nice for us to travel back and forth to visit my family and for him to meet them!
I have read the list of things to include in the invitation letter, also, the application in general. I just wondered if stating that as the purpose of the visit would be more likely to cause problems.
Thanks in advance
