Hi there, I'm in a situation. Originally living in New Zealand on a work visa. My fiance is a Canadian citizen. We were going to get married on 25 March. I came from New Zealand to India on 1st March but to Pandemic and border restriction my fiancee and his family couldn't come to India. Now after waiting 6months, we have decided to rearrange everything and to get court marriage done in Canada Since my fiance no longer want to visit India due to Covid-19 situation plus there is news about Indian doctors taking organs out of patients and we can't get married in New Zealand because none of us is holding residency there. Can someone suggest me the right visa or any thoughts about how we go from here? Your response is important to me. the earliest response would e appreciated.

No. Unfortunately not. You need to be common law to fall under the exemption. Common law means you have lived together for at least one year. You will need to wait for the travel restrictions to be lifted before you will be able to fly to Canada. You will need a valid TRV to come here.
You can certainly apply. You should not give the reason for the TRV as marriage since this will reduce the chance of approval and make IRCC concerned you have plans to remain long term. You should state that you simply want to visit and provide evidence of strong ties to your home country (e.g. job, property, assets). The fact you previously traveled to NZ will strengthen your profile.
I've applied this way before but got a couple of rejections. So this time I was thinking to be honest and lay out my situation in front of the visa officer and yes I'm planning to stay longer but not at the same time as I'm still holding my NZ job n working there. After the wedding me n my fiance would go to NZ to stay there for a while before we come to Canada and live there permanently. Should I apply for a different visa? I'm happy to apply this next year but just need to know what is the best way to get there to join my new family.
If you have previous refusals to Canada that will make it more difficult to be approved now.
If you want to get married in Canada, there is no different visa you can apply for. The TRV is your only option.
Another question, what is your fiance's status in New Zealand? I don't think new NZ is going to be letting visitors into the country anytime soon. I'm supposed to travel there next Jan/Feb and I think it's highly unlikely that's going to be possible.
No issues as long as you don't have multiple TRV refusals to Canada. If you have multiple TRV refusals to Canada (e.g. three or more), this can raise concerns of a marriage of convenience and result in more scrutiny on your application. Certainly still possible to be approved, it might just take longer / be more complicated.
