Really? even though my T4 proves that myself alone surpasses the LICO score and my wife is also included? (this is beause I do my taxes alone and dont ever really asks to have the notice of assessment mailed)

You can download the NOA from the CRA site.

You should have included your bank statement because that would have given a realistic idea of the liquid funds you have after paying off expenses each month.

For super visas, it is necessary to provide as many evidence of finances/financial situation as possible

but why so sure my sister would be denied even though I will only apply for her after IF my mother gets approved (as I didnt apply for her TRV based on what you said about doing it together)

Minor dependents cannot be part of a parent's super visa application. By applying for her TRV (even later) it stands to reason that with your mom wanting to stay for up to 2 years as a super visa holder, your sister would also want to stay for the same duration.... which is not something a TRV holder is supposed to do

Also, as a minor, except for her study ties, your sister cannot prove any other reasons to return home after a short stay.... which is necessary for a TRV

I would like to thank you for your guidance and assistance. My father has been issued a visa until his password validity. I may seek you assistance again with reapplying my brothers visa as his still valid until June 2019.

Can we apply before 90 days of Visa expiry?
