Unfortunately, Kenya, Malaysia, Singapore and the UAE do not count as travel history.
I recommend you go through the Visitor's section to understand the refusal reasons + your new application must address not just the stated refusal reasons but also any other gaps/evidence to prove your purpose of visit, strong ties, financial situation, etc

You can apply again but cant be sure if you will get visa unless you satisfy their doubts, purpose of visit reason is very general so its difficult to say what the problem is. Also depends on which countries you visited, they mean western countries where people usually immigrate illegally after visiting.
I have visited Kenya, Singapore, Malaysia and UAE ( Dubai) so is there chance to get visa after applying one again with clarification letter on visiting countries

Again, none of these countries are considered as travel history. The visa officer would like to see short visits to visa-required countries such as the US, UK, Schengen, Australia, NZ, etc. That said, if you don't have the right travel profile then no issues.
You must prove you have a compelling reason to visit Canada + even more compelling reasons to leave Canada at the end of your short visit
