TRV refused for the second time. Please help!

CIC will look at those, and other factors, if you apply for sponsorship.









I don't know if someone here believes in love at first sight and true love. But for sure it's my case. Anyways, for us time didn't matter. It's why we make things like in a rush because we want to be together . It's why where TRV applied. Unfortunately, we made the wrong step i guess? Yes we are less than a year in a relationship and he visit me in PH for twice only , second visit last until 10 days only because he needs to secure his contract.

Once you're married and apply for TRV again, the likelihood of being denied is even greater since your spouse will be in Canada.
You will probably have more success with PR sponsorship. With your age gap you will need to be prepared to show strong proof of a genuine relationship.

Although this makes sense, I got married overseas, my wife asked for a TRV to visit me in Canada, got approved for a Multi-Entry visa untill expiry of Passport.

I meant the age gap was a red flag once you already apply for PR. Other red flags that I can of now are cultural differences, criminal record, not enough proof for a genuine relationship, online relationships that haven't really been together personally for a long time, etc.

They're right that these are not the issues for the denial for your TRV. I went through the same process myself online and they have a LOT of requirements, I remember -- and the more you can fulfill, the better chances. Now, unless you can fulfill all those requirements they have for a TRV (sufficient money in the bank account, proof the properties and liabilities in your home country, letter of employment) I think the best bet for you is just to be sponsored as an Outland applicant.

I don't think traveling to Asian countries will be much help by now. I'm sorry to be blunt about this, but they will think somewhere along these lines, "Why would an unemployed woman with two kids and denied twice for a Canadian visa suddenly took these trips?" It's too obvious. I think the point that other people do that is to prove that they like traveling and visiting other countries. This might be of help if you have been doing this for a few years already.

Maybe he can stay with you in the Philippines instead? Keep that option open too. GOod luck!

Like i said, it's my first time travelling outside my home country. It's why we try to apply out of our age gap because i'm eligible too but after knowing i need a lot of documents in my case, it's why we want to meet in a third country because CIC won't allow for some reasons
like keep repeating my travel history which hard to prove because i don't have. Work????? I have before about 1 year ago . I know it doesn't count. Anyway, we want to prove to the CIC that we can do better and we take the refusal letter very seriously. We don't want to received another third refusal letter, if we can avoid it . If so, that would highly turn off all the light we supposed to have.
In a word PROVING, it will help the CIC understands that we can find ways to be together( except PH) and that our relationship is genuine(how our relationship develops) despite of having refused for the second time. It's the same if ever i find work here (in PH because i'm capable to) while our relationship grows/develops ,am i right?

As of now, until we have the chance to reapply again ( sponsorship) we will take it. We won't give up. I know it will be a big adjustment for me and the kids (Weather, language, etc) in moving to Canada but we'll surely be fine. PH ???????????? although my home country but our main goal is if i'm allowed to enter Canada. But anyways, THANKS A LOT .

Hello everyone...im n the same situation... I am applying for trv to visit my boyfriend in YMiR B.C. I have no work here in philippines, no business or no property... But i have a 5 years old son to go back to.. I am seprated so i wont have an option of getting married in canada or in philippines unless we will file and wait for the annulment process.. Me and my boyfriend is been together(bf's & gf's) for over 4 years now.. He's been coming to my place (oct-march) 6 months in each visit every year.. We travelled together in different countries in every year (just in Asia).. I also have an expired visa in Dubai as a tourist there.. So i hope that help to prove my travel history... I was working before as customer rep but he asked me to stop and just supported me and my son for over 4 years now.. What will i do for this? I saved a little money in the bank (4,500 CAD) but my boyfriend is sponsoring my accomodation, foods.. We will be submitting his bank statement and income tax.. (Over 2 million US/CAD)He is a retired seaman in Canada.. And have big investments.. We will be showing that we will be at the same flight going back here in philippines this October.. Will that be enough? He is 67 years old while i am 27.. I have no plan to overstay. He just want me to meet his family and tour around canada... i just want to know if i will have the chance to be approve?? Thanks

Good luck with your application. You may wish to read my post much earlier on this thread. Having identical return itineraries for our whole family didn't help at all in securing a TRV.

No, I don't think you have a realistic chance.
