Applied online for parents visitor visa in July. Stuck due to biometrics. Is anyone aware if we can mail IRCC and get biometrics done in India on a special basis?

I'm in same boot.. waiting for biometrics. Upfront medicals done. But not updated yet..

My application date for trv. July 20, approved on aug 21st. Waiting for stamping info from new delhi office. Any clue on how to get info for stamping updates???

• Applied in July 16.
• Realized in early August that I had made an error, emailed COVID address with updated form that shows Purpose of travel as Other and Description as COVID-19. Also submitted webform with updated IMM form
• Immediately (a week) got email from CPC Ottawa that Delhi mission will contact us
• Early November, Delhi mission contacted Mom with instructions to submit passport
• Once sent, passport with new visa was sent back in a week

Since when is medicals required for tourist visa?

Not needed but we wanted to have medicals done.

Assume you are a PR or a citizen. Yes your father can apply for a TRV or supervisa depending on what you qualify for. Your father needs to show that he has strong ties to India to show that he will not remain permanently in Canada.

I got medical request for my TRV application, it was applied on 31.Jul.2020 for one month stay in Canada....as per my understanding there is NO medical required for TRV if the stay less than 6months...can someone shed some light into this.....why they ask medical for TRV??? Is there any chance I get the TRV approval?
