this is a weak application and I am afraid they are gonna reject it again no matter how many documents you attach with it. The reason is you low income job in Pakistan and your ties (in the form of your employer) to canada.
I think you should wait for sometime so that your financial situations get remarkable changed and then try again.

you can obviously try a chance by adding these details which show your ties to you home country. your account balance doesn't matter, even 500,000/= can be sufficient for your TRV, actual issue is you don't have a good job in pakistan, Rs. 50,000/= job person can't affoard to visit canada even if you add 800CAD mothly..and the reason is your participation in conference, VO clearly knows these conferences have no impact whether someone from pakistan is gonna participate or not.
I am hoping you are single as well..in that case its again very negative point as you dont have wife/kids back in you home country.
I ll again advise you need to wait until your circumstances change and you hold some stable convicing position in your home country. may be after marriage while your spouse stays back in your home country.
