Hi, I applied for my grandparent on the 7th as well, but didn't receive any biometric request.
Did you pay the biometric fee at the time of the application? If yes, how did you inform CIC?

Yes, I have paid it online since it has been requested that I should while submitting my application. Have you applied online or paper?

Applied online, but it only prompted me for $100 application fee. Not sure how I missed it.
Maybe they will request it later on and ask you to pay upfront at a visa application cen

applied online on March 6th
Biometrics letter on March 7th
Booked appointment on March 14th at Bangalore
Time allotted to me and my wife was 2:15
They let us enter @ 2 pm
Some guy checked my documents and issued a single token to me and my wife
We waited in a hall for our number to be called out it took 10 minutes, that guy checked our passport and Biometrics letter + Appointment letter
He generated another receipt and asked us to wait out side, after 30 minutes our number came and we gave our biometrics one by one
It was easy and whole process took 1 hour
At 6 pm I got mail from VFS global "visa application " dispatched from OC to VAC
They let us enter @ 2 pm

Hello, Do they have walkin or appointment is must ? Because I am not seeing any available dates sooner for VFS Delhi.
