Hi,
Would like to know with my current TRV valid for more than 3yrs ,what the process of applying for work permit within Canada! Can i apply for Open work permit based on TRV?

No - you can't apply for an open work permit based on a TRV.

First you need to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer you a job.

Then that employer must obtain an approved Labour Market Opinion.

Finally you can apply for a close work permit (this is a work permit that is tied to that specific employer).

Hi,

Is the work permit process for Indians professionsal on hold in canada due to some RBC scam.
My lawyer has mentioned there is high risk if work permit being rejected due to the scam.
I have H1B and need inter company transfer in canada,
.along with my spouse open work permit to made along witj mine.
