As per lawyer he does not give a clear picture wat exactly the process and timing will be for reconsider. Will it be better to reapply for work permit ? Or challenge the decision of the refusal of work permit. As per the Gcms notes visa officer is confused with the company name and it brand name.

The lawyer is saying he dont undrstand the reason of rejection as evythg was provided...and he has asked for Gcms notes.. It was inter compny transfer , he is unable to give a clear picture how this process need to be followed up.
