As a distributor of repuated brand my profits will be in term of stock I purchase from company...

In visa application they asked how much money you carry when you visit for 5 days

For 5 days I said around 1500 cad only for travel and other expenses
I have showed bank balance of 5000 cad
Apart from flight ticket and accommodation basically

Total flight and accommodation costs 3000 cad

As per his website, registrations are not open for this year to attend his Personal Mastery courses. And, there is a very long waiting list.

IMO, wanting to attend his events is a poor purpose of visit and it will not work for a visa approval.

What also does not make sense is why would you spend a significant (in fact you do not have the finances) to travel halfway across the world to attend an event which you do not have any assurances of being allowed to attend + for a 2-day sightseeing visit.

It is easier to get visa approvals when someone applies with a group of tourists through a tourism company.

The figures in your posts keep getting better with an addition of zeros o_O Your next post states a turnover of CAD 500,000 (ten times more than the turnover in this post)

If your business turnover is indeed CAD 50,000 or even CAD 500,000.... then it seems you do not have anything to show for it.

Based on your posts, your personal savings are only CAD 1,500. This does not match up to your business turnover = Indicates your business is not generating adequate profits/not profitable.

Also, you don't have financial investments + no property (not even personal assets nor as an investment), etc. This again indicates that your business is not generating profits. More importantly, it would seem like your business is not a strong reason to return to India.

Again, business bank balance is not personal bank balance.

Again, personal finances of CAD 1,500 (based on your first post) are extremely low and will not result in a TRV approval

It does not work like this in either business nor visa applications.

Business stocks are not your profits. It will become your profits only when you sell them to earn profits after deducting business expenses, taxes, etc.

Not sure what franchisee model your business is operating on, but if you are holding such high inventories.... and your business bank balance + your personal bank balances are low + you do not have any assets to prove your business is generating an income for you (which would be evident if you had financial investments, or if you had invested in property, etc).... then it implies you have locked your business operating capital in slow-selling stocks. Anyways.

You're missing the point.

Let's answer this in another way: What is your declared personal income in your tax returns?

That why I'm desperately try to attend the event

And visit beautiful place like Niagara falls and leave the country

My question here if we apply for business purpose can't we use that to travel place nearby
Places is there any restrictions

The facts of your case are not consistent and have been changing with every post.

Hope you are aware that anyone/everyone can get invited to attend his events. That said, there is a long waiting list and you are not guaranteed a ticket.

Why did you not attend the Mumbai events which were held recently? Anyways

IMO, your income/funds for your visit don't not add up.... the facts of your business don't add up.... your purpose of visit does not make any sense. Unfortunately, it's easy to see why you were refused

Even if you take all of his courses, it won’t take 1 year. So, do you have proof of paying for a year long course with Mr. Sharma?

I know a lot of businessmen and women who have gone through all of Robin’s courses and not one of them has been invited to a “free” event. Logically speaking, why would Mr. Sharma give away a free seat when there is a wait list? Are you and he friends? If he did invite you for free, why to a Canadian event if he knows where you live? These are some things that will go through a visa officer’s mind.

Like Bryanna said, your story is inconsistent and is not making sense. Your income is also very low.

A membership is not a course. You may have access to courses as a member but it doesn’t mean you’ll be taking them.

It seems you get free seat if you were one of the first people to register to a membership. This means you were not invited because of your credentials and that it is still you who initiated being able to attend the event. In simple terms, you are not needed in this event so to give you a visa for it, especially if you’ve paid a lot for this membership which greatly diminished your already lacking finances, just does not make sense.

You need a purpose to visit that will make sense to IRCC. I will reiterate your finances are very low for someone who owns a business.

I'm sorry. I will not be able to help. Your case lacks logic and everything else that would otherwise make sense for a visa application.

Also, we have been going round in circles whether it is your purpose of visit, your personal finances, your ties to India, etc. Hope you don't want to now *create* these aspects even though they don't exist
