TRV for visitors within canada

can some one please help me find the right information, i have no idea its been a week now i have been searching the process to apply for visitor visa within canada, my mom recently got her vistor extension and she is in canada but needs to apply for visa now so she can travel outside canada and come back. any links where i can find this info? i knw ottawa cpc only process TRV for study permit and work permit holders only now.

Go to determine the eligibility section of the CIC website, and after you get your code, you can go to you CIC account and submit it.

She is not eligible, she has to apply abroad.
