Thanks comarxx. I kinda' figured it out and sent it off. I have no idea what to expect in terms of getting the notes. Do you recall your wait time(s)?
I got mine in 28 days. They need to send it to you within 30 days. I’ve read just in case its more than 30 days you can email them right away that GCMS note you ordered is already past due.

Thanks.

Maybe it should be like the rules airlines face. If they delay you beyond a certain point, you get compensation. Maybe a week late means they have to pay for your next ticket to the Philippines :)

We requested for GCMS notes on May 3 and we still have'nt received the notes..‍
So much for the 30-day money-back guarantee! That's a reason why I was hesitating to order them. The possibility that the PR application would be decided before the notes would be supplied.

We emailed ATIP for follow up on the notes and this was the automated response:

UPDATED May 1, 2023: The ATIP division is receiving a large volume of ATIP requests. As such, if your inquiry is related to the status of your request, you will not receive a reply. Please note, it is not necessary to send multiple inquiries, as it does not speed up the processing of your request. Your patience is highly appreciated while the responsible team processes your request.

This is actually happened to us. My husband requested the notes in August 2022. We received PPR in November 2022. I came to Canada in January 2023. And....we finally received the notes in March 2023. So yeah, my PR application had already decided before we received the notes

Probably just an admin step for them of allocating doc number and poor indicator of timing.

For the visa details shows in the portal but no PPR yet. i am confuse why are they taking so long for the Passport request letter.
Don't be stressed. PPR and visa details seem to be two parallel processes in terms of time it will get to you. I got my visa info two days after PPR.
