TRV for parents

Hi,
I have applied canada TRV for my parents (who are in india) and got biometric requesting letter.
Do we need to submit the biometrics immediately and based on biometrics will they approve the TRV ?

Biometrics are part of application submission process. Do it as soon as you can. They will process the application after they receive the biometrics. Processing timelines start after receiving the biometrics
