Hello, I have a question regarding the new trv measure for family reunification : Since there is no special application portal for this type of application. How will the system identify those that will benefit from the measure(30 days processing time) ?

There is no guarantees 30 days processing times. That is the goal but not always the reality and TRV is not guaranteed. We have yet to see what are the characteristics of the applications that get refused.
