Trv canada for mother

Hi Bryanna,
I am a canadian permanent resident. I was applied my mother trv for canada on feb 03,2017 via vfs jalandhar
When i check on vfs site its showing application still under process at canada visa office chandigarh, so am little worried its almost month is their any way so i can check on cic website plz repky

Do remember that after you link your application to your MyCIC account, you will not receive/not be contacted by email by the visa office. All updates can be checked only in your online account


Processing times posted are only estimates. Actual time can take longer than this

You can't track courier. You have to collect it from vfs. Vfs will send you another sms when it's available for pickup from them.

I applied for supervisa for my mom in Jan
Today they refused my mother's supervisa with the reason that we never provided passport but we never received passport request.

Do you know what should we do??
I don't know what to do?
