If you compute it 13 days is not yet done. Processing days means working days. You can't count Nov 1 as it was a Holiday. Most likely you'll get the result by next week.

Ok thank you will see next Week for sure tuesday nov 12 for the result cuz its longweekend in canada remembrance day so maybe same thing to Philippines in their embassy
