Hi Brayana, urgent help needed!!
Iam ready to apply visit visa for my mom and i am currently in india with her with my baby i want to take her along with me when i travel back to canada next month,iam a permanent resident. I wrote a strong cover letter of explantion and reason for visit is since my father passed away she is emotionally healing and i would like to show her dream place niagarafalls n give her a major change n new excitement in life. Ties iam showing for her is she managing textile business of my dad, caretaking my dad's property,2 married daughters n fixed deposit of 20000cad, It returns. Funds i am showing is my job with basic pay T4 and my husband IT job.
Please help if this will work
NOTE: My mom visa got rejected a year ago, when one of my family friend applied and not me.

That's incorrect. 102 is not the estimated processing time for India applications
Thanks a ton for clarifying Bryanna. I was actually depressed as we didnt see this coming that my husband will have to travel alone. N now reading 102 days was even more stressful. Thanks for clarifying. :)

My brother in law is in Punjab govt job and my younger brother has invited him for son' birthday. My sister is a housewife.

Is it a trend going ?, like who soever applied after 20 April will be refused. No matter what; At least 16 cases i know, 4 from my close family got rejected. All applied in April last week. Everything seemed good as per documents. Still rejected with usual refusal reasons.
