NOC mentioning that no objection..but I haven't submitted the leave letter.

I am still working.
I provided the Hotel and flight booking. And this trip is for my anniversary not visiting any family or relative there.

My home country is India and currently employed. I have good travel history not over stayed anywhere.

you said it yourself, no leave request. that means CIC doesnt know if its a leave NOC or final settlement NOC unless specified in your NOC about your trip.
Missing letter of invite is an issue, did you provide a letter of explanation under client information mentioning your intentions?
Travel history to countries which require visa esp. EU, SE Asian countries excluded as they attract tourists for revenue and are lenient in visa process.

Only God knows what is the thinking of visa
Sometimes they think a lot sometimes not.
Sometimes they give visa even if there is some weak points in the application
Sometimes they dont even grant a visa with strong points
Hope for the best for everyone

it wont impact travel to any other country, even for Canada you can reapply but take care of missing things else with same documents reapplying wont improve chances of approval.

I am not sad, just positive about the sponsorship file going on good. It was a try that didnt get through.

Then in july 2015 i got canada visa
Next time when you will apply just make sure to include a strong explanation letter and good profile than this one. Just sit and think what are the points that visa officer noted

even if its personal trip; a leave letter and a letter of explanation would have helped. anyhow its gone now.

this rejection wont impact travel to other countries.

Nothing good happening these days, Don't worry they directly giving you PR thats why refused
Stay positive my friend. I applied 27 april. Decision is just around now.

Yup, I am positive. Not sad at all, on the good side it helped to pass time for 5 weeks. Thanks for supporting!

Thank you dear...will this anyway affect the US Visas?? Also, do I need to mention this refusal in any other country application form if I'm applying for visas? and if so what reason I put?

Terms used here are relative, what exactly is meant by good profile? e.g. if I have no travel history I cant go out and spend lacs to travel 1st before applying for Canada visa.

PS- My posts are direct and blunt, if anyone is hurt kindly bear its nothing personal.

Did you provide all of the following-
1. Itinerary/confirmed return flight tickets.
2. Strongly worded Letter of invite.
3. Did you show strong family ties at Canada (financial info of relative who is a Canadian PR/Citizen)?
4. Did you show weak family ties at home country?

If the Immigration officer is pointing to-
considering your purpose of visit - what did you mention as your purpose and details? goes back to my point 1 above
travel history - has your visa been refused previously? did you overstay in any country?
family ties - point 3 and 4 above

1) No - because it was my third time, and on the last 2 occasions it did not matter.
2) Yes
3) Yes, she is my wife and we gave a 31 page purpose of visit document including relation proofs, marriage certificate, proof of contact, my visit to India, etc.
4) A girl who just got married has weak ties in terms of job, assets, etc.

Yes, this is the 3rd time we applied for her visitor visa. No travel history with a fresh passport.
