TRV application within Canada MAY 2014 timeline

please help ...
I am here in Canada as a visitor until Oct., 2014

I wanna renew my Visitor Visa to can leave Canada and Re-Enter again,
how can I do that ?
1- which application ?
2- submitted inside or outside Canada ?
3- if it is outside, will I asked to give biometrics ? [my home country is in the biometrics list],

Nothing from cic/no update. I put canada as current address in checklist.

I'm checking processing time and its on May 10 right now , so i'm expecting to hear something end of next week.

i got reply from mail that i sent to CPC ottawa

i think its kind of automated message that they copy paste i guess.

I applied my TRV here in Canada on May 14, haven't heard anything back yet. Due to some emergency, i have to travel to Pakistan at the earliest. I have been informed by Ottawa office that VISA can be printed from abroad. I wrote about it to Islamabad but still waiting to hear anything from them!
Did they mention office where you are supposed to submit your passport in letter when they request passport? I really can't wait, just want to double check if it is okay to fly and get the VISA printed from Pak!
Lastly, how long do they take to return passport with VISA here in Canada and there in Pak!
Any experiences? any thoughts?

I have exactly the same case, but in my case I have to fly to UK not to Pakistan. Yesterday, I received passport request and today I submitted my passport to Visa Application Centre (VAC) in London. But in my case, I have contacted London office before travelling to UK and they replied that if my visa is approved then they can print the visa in UK.

Not anymore, it takes 54 days for me to receive a passport request........

I don't think that I will re-apply. I am just waiting for Canadian high commission islamabad to confirm that they can print the VISA approved by CPC-Ottawa!
I Hope they will reply early this week as I am flying later in the week anyway!
