TRV Online Canada - Timeline - 2014

Hi,I did my TRV application online. Can someone tell me what the Any applicable VAC fees is? I got the passport request letter today and planning to mail it to LA. But i noticed the website said beside mailing the passport there is VAC fee. Do I have to pay this if I paid the application fee online? Or i just mail the passport together with the request letter to LA?

Just email your passport with the letter. You have already paid the fees as part of the online application.

Hi,
I applied for trv online on 20th June 2014
Cic emailed application approved and requested to send passport for stamping on 27th June 2014
I mailed passport to Ottawa CIC on 27th june 2014
Passport received by CIC: 30th June 2014

I send passport to Ottawa CIC as CIC recommended with prepaid envelope post canada xpresspost.

No updates till today (10th July 2014). Do any one has similar timeline? Do I have to worry ??
I have open work permit for 3 years.
