TRV application. Pls guide

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I are inviting his mom to visit us for 2 months. I am currently applying on her behalf. I have few questions and hoping to get some answers.

1. His mom has few saving in her account about less than 5000cad would it be helpful if she would say that she is depending on her daughter for financial support and provide a letter and her daughter’s bank statement?

2. Can I upload me and my husband’s bank statement together with her bank statement under Proof of means of financial support?

3. Under proof of relation, can I only upload my husbands birth cert? Or include passport or COPR?

1...YES (More information the better) They say you should be able to support yourself and trip etc, but they wouldn't have those forms if they didn't care.

3...YES (As long as both of you are on the invitation letter, etc)

In the end, you must prove overall that she has ties to her home country and she will be going back home more than anything else. It's about 60% that and 40% everything else.
