Tricky Study Permit Extension Delay Situation

Thanks a lot, so basically u mean if extending inside Canada, even the level "degrades" (e.g., bachelor to college, etc), chance is still high, right?
Hope so......

On our case, he had a work permit first (and that was after completing his Bachelors in Brazil). From there, he switched to a study permit for College.. we did not have any problems!
