Travelling With Family on 1st Entry IMMIGRATION Visa

Hi,

I am Travelling on 19/06/15 with my Family( Wife & Two Kids) on 1st Entry IMMIGRATION VISA (Valid till 22/06/15) and will be return by 22/07/15, now my daughter Passport is Valid till 27/07/15 , so i have renewed the passport and got new booklet which has got New passport Number and new validity, So i will be carrying two passport of my daughter one with the Stamped Immigration VISA on old passport which is valid till 27/07/15 and the renewed passport valid till 23/3/2020. Please suggest or share the experience regarding the above mentioned case will there be any issues at Canada Airport.

Hi Vijay,
In my opinion since you have another 2 months on hand and the visa is stamped on a currently cancelled passport with the new passport attached , it will be wise to inform your Visa office of the same before departure so that you do not have any complications at home country airport nor here in Canada.
The VO will advice you accordingly.
Send a Case specific enquiry where you can upload the copies of the old and new passport.

Thanks KRP for your suggestions, meanwhile i have checked with my consultant and he said their wont be any problem, since VISA is valid for one entry only and your passport is still valid, to carry 6 months validity while travelling you have renewed passport passport attached to old one.

Your consultant is right, there is no issue...you just need to carry both passports of baby with you.
