Hello,

My sister is in Canada since 2008. In August 2013, she went home together with her 1 year son who is a Canadian citizen. She went back to Canada after 2 weeks of stay here in the Philippine but she left her with me for vacation.

Now, we are planning to bring the him back to Canada. And she requested me to bring her child to Canada.

My questions is, what are documents needed from her in order for me to accompany her child back to Canada, I mean, the documents needed to bring with me during the actual travel.

Thank you.

1. It depends. If you are not a PR or Citizen, then you are going to have to get a TRV (visitor visa) to enter Canada.
2. You will have to get a notarized letter from the parent allowing you to accompany the child from the Philippines to Canada.
