Can someone help me ! Can I travel outside Canada for an emergency while waiting for my status restoration decision?

Yes, you can. This cancels the restoration and you are assessed as a new visitor to Canada by CBSA when you return.

No my permit and vis is expired, i got a rejection for its extension so I applied for status restoration. But I have an emergency to travel my home country now.

That's means I have to apply again from my home country?

If you do not hold a valid TRV, then yes. You need to apply for a new TRV from your home county and that TRV must be approved before you can try to return.

Okay, and they will issue the work permit during my entry exactly like I got the permit for the very 1st time ?

I can't tell you that based on the information you have provided. Do you qualify for a work permit? Do you have an approved LMIA and job offer?

If you have a valid job offer and approved LMIA, then you should apply for a work permit from your home county and then return once the work permit is approved.

I am a dependent, my husband holds valid work permit.
Your approval will depend on whether you are eligible under spouse’s work permit. Since restoration will be cancelled when you leave then reapply from home country. Depending on country, response can take weeks or many months.
