I have upcoming interview and I noted that some of my travel to my home country had no entry stamps. Canada they don't stamp exit. How do I proof the absence duration in interview?

Your country's entry stamps and flight tickets plus boarding passes if you still have them.

Nowadays Canada DOES log exits. See CBSA's website. Also even if they don't give you entry stamps, they should have this in their system.
