Travel to Canada from India through Dubai/Doha

Hi,
Im a canadian PR and my parents have a valid super visa. Can they travel to Canada from India through (transit) Dubai or Doha? Are there any travel bubble restrictions for that?

Nope. With direct flights from India banned and entry restrictions for India people, they are still stuck. Waiting for an update from Aug 21st.

Aren't parents exempt if they are immediately family member of PR or citizen?

Yes they are exempt. Without direct flights from India and the need for taking an RT-PCR test from a 3rd country makes it difficult to travel

hey Just came in update . UAE has lifted ban for transit flights from India. now you can travel a long as you meet destination country requirement which so far states you need a thrid country negative test report if you are travelling through indirect route. Check latest news !!

so this means a pcr test in Dubai if transiting through Dubai airport?

Do you know where the pcr test center is at the airport?

Also when leaving India for Dubai do you only have to do PCR test at approved centers for designated airlines e.g Emirates?

Only beneficial if you can easily do a PCR test in the airport.
