Travel to another country before landing in Canada

Hello Members,

Please help me for the below query.

I have received CoPR and Canada Entry visa sticker stamped on my passport with validity till March'2019.

My current employer wants to send me to another country for 4 months on work visa.
My questions:

1. Is it ok to travel to another country for work for 4-5 months duration?
2. Will it impact my landing in Canada.
3. Any PCC required from that country upon my return and going to Canada?
4. Will my existing Canada visa stamped on my PP raise any concerns for getting work visa to another country?

Should I consider travelling to another country before landing in Canada or not.

Please advise.

2. Will it impact my landing in Canada. No impact unless it is a sanctioned country or country with security concerns
3. Any PCC required from that country upon my return and going to Canada? No unless you stay there above 6 months
4. Will my existing Canada visa stamped on my PP raise any concerns for getting work visa to another country? That depends on individual work visa issuance officer who may wonder why you need work visa to yet another country after processing and obtaining Canadian PR visa. It all depends on who handles your work visa application

Should I consider travelling to another country before landing in Canada or not. The choice is yours
