For the below question in my PR application forms, Do I have to provide details of travel history of my parents as well?

Provide details of any trips Nitish Bhardwaj has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.
You can tell us about each trip by filling in the fields below.
Check the list at the bottom of the form first to see information you have already saved.
• When you click "Save and Add", each trip will be saved to the list.
• The fields will go blank to let you add another trip.
• Use the modify or delete button if you want to change a trip that you have already saved to the list.
Has Nitish Bhardwaj, and if applicable, Nitish Bhardwaj's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

No, it doesn't state anywhere that Parent's travel history has to be mentioned. And by family they mean you spouse & children i guess.

EDIT: you know what even i'm confused now, i thought that you might have a spouse that's why its asking that question, but its asking me as well me being a single applicant. I think we need a Senior here.

IRCC's instructions are generic, intended to apply to everyone as well as possible. You have to READ. The instructions say "IF APPLICABLE." If it is not applicable to YOU, it is, well, not applicable.

Definition of family members:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp
"It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children."

The ONLY time you ever have to mention anything about your parents in this application is in the "Additional family" form, along with your siblings.

You will have to enter your immediate family member details who are not part of your application in personal details section after you get ITA. This is not spouse and kids (who by the way have to be part of your application), but parents and siblings.
