Does travel history affect the processing time or security checks? Even after submitting PCC will they verify in the concerned country?

Well it depends upon the nature, duration and purpose of the visit ! They may check any time even after PCC.

If you have proper justification of your travel with docs supports, it won't take long for BC and SC .
