TRAVEL HISTORY INFO FORM: URGENT HELP

Just got request for travel history info form: information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information.

can anyone please help me with this ? i have no idea what this is ? and i havent traveled outside of my country ever...!!

yes but what should i do ? i am a single applicant ... no family members are attached to my application... my family member have traveled abroad... do i need to inform them about my family members travel history who are not in my application ?
