Travel History Form Question IMM5562E

Hi Guys,

I have been requested to fill out the travel history form IMM5562E, But there seems to be only 6 spaces to enter trips i have been on over the past 10 years, however I ave left my country of residency more than 6 times and don't have anymore room on the form to enter everything, any suggestions on what i should do?

CIC has instructed to attach additional sheets of paper. Hence a PDF document in the same tabular format would work.

ok great, for example, if i went traveling throughout south east asia for a month and spent time in Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam and Japan, would I have to list time spent in each country or would this just be classified as one trip out of my county of residency for 30 days?

You should list all the countries with dates you stayed in each country.

I am having issues saving the PDF form which they sent me as it is a secured form, I want to save it so i can attached additional sheets and upload to my profile as one document. Anyone had this issue?
