Dear family, i wanted to ask some information concerning travel document and permanent residence application! I received my letter of acceptance trough my lawyer on November 29 last year! The immigration said they sent me the papers on my address but i didnt not receive them yet!

Q1. Until now i have not applied for PR nor Quebec selection, is it a big problem?? What can i do? Can i call the immigration or i keep waiting for the hard copies to come to my address?

Q2. I submitted my travel document application in December but have not heard from the immigration yet, should i call them to inquire about the process??

Q3. How long is can someone wait before applying for the PR? Is it 3 months or 6 months??

Q4. Can i still use my brown paper until i get my PR for medical services???

You should call immigration and send webforms to find out where your documents are. In ontario it is IRB who issues your notice of decision not IRCC.

You can and should apply for PR immediately.

Overall, you should apply for the PR as soon as possible. It takes crazy time now. Move out of Québec before applying your PR. It takes 47 months in Québec at the moment.
