Travel After Profile Submission

Hi Friends,
After submission of my express entry profile,I travelled and stayed for around 2 months in another country.However I haven’t updated my travel information to IRCC.
Now my passport is submitted to IRCC Delhi and is under process.

Do IRCC bother about travel after submission of express entry profile?

I submitted passport on 02nd Jan,but still is under process at IRCC.
