Hi Friends,

I am applying PR under CEC (Canadian Experience Class)

I have my original police certificate in Chinese, and translated by ATIO (Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario). Do I still need to have these two documents to be notarized?

I mean, the police certificate is already original (even though it is in Chinese), and translation is made by member of ATIO; Do I still need to have a certified copy of the original document by notary public office? Do I still need to have the certified translation being Notarized?

Thanks!

I did the same thing: failed.
Went back to get another one and notarized and translated in China: went through.

See my previous question:

Thanks!
