Hi you can translate the documents with translator after that that original translated document attested by notary and send that original to cic
Misleading. Only a certified translator is acceptable. Their only role is the translation. The copy of the original document must be notarized. The translator certifies that their translation of the notarized document is correct. It can be the same person only if they are qualified both as a notary and as a translator.

Hi, I have the same issue for the Chinese birth certificate.
Do i need to submit the original CERTIFIED COPY of the ORIGINAL birth certificate and original english translation copy? or both photocopies are enough?

Copies of the certified copy and certified translation are NOT certified copies.

Submit the certified copy and the certified translation together, as per the instructions.
