On time he sent an email to Buffalo asking why eCas doesn't show that medicine was done. They said "Don't use Ecas to check the status of your application because eCas doesn't have fresh information".
From that point my brother haven't checked eCas any more.

Guys, My brother sent the passport to LA and post service says that the courier delivered it.

Could I sent an email to LA asking whether they received my passport or better to not disturb them?

And how long it takes to get my passport back?

I still have not received any letter for ppr ....I am praying hard that everything will be fine with my application....can'twait for my ppr!!!!!

Hi I got Passport Request Oct.11 and I sent my passport to Los Angeles Office by USPS on Oct.13. But so far I have not gotten my passport back. Today is Oct.25 ???

He hasn't got the passport back yet. He didn't try to ask them questions. People say that it takes about two weeks to get the passport back from the date the office received the passport.
