transfer of asylum file to another region

Hi
I got a letter today stating that my file has been transferred to western region in order to process my claim more efficiently. And it also states a virtual hearing date and time.

What can be the possible chances of this transfer.
please advice if someone has been in same situation.

Seems like they are distributing the cases among the regions to clear the backlog since hearings are done virtually anyway.
Asylum is federal so the procedure is the same throughout Canada. Hopefully this can speed up the process.

Nothing to do. Files are just being redistributed across all the offices because there are likely more cases in Eastern Canada.
