I received my PR card over 3 months ago but the portal status still shows In Review with IRCC. Is this normal?

Not possible to travel outside Canada before you receive a positive NOD.

Shows valid for 3 months. Not sure what it means but I guess it's temporary till you receive the 5-year PR card.

Finally got my ECOPR yesterday. Jan 2022 applicant. Good luck to everyone in this tedious journey.

Took me a couple weeks from 1st email to receive the photo request.

You don't need that document. You apply for PR with a positive NOD.

Afer you submit your address and photo, IRCC will review the info then send you the ECOPR. After that you will get your PR card in the mail.

Next they will send you an email to confirm some personal details. Then they will send you another email asking you to submit your photo for the PR card. When you get the 2nd email, you will notice that your portal account has a new tab called "permanent residence confirmation". This is where...

Same here. I also have this final decision message. It was updated the day before I received the first portal email.

I applied online Jan 2022 Pre-arrival and eligibility passed Aug 2023 Portal 1 invitation las week. Waiting for portal 2.
