after how many months of applying did you receive a visitor visa decision?

All I get every week are just emails from IRCC surveys for online settlement services.

Does it specifically says in your GCMS notes that your file was put on hold??

submitted my file in August 2021 received a correspondance in February that my status has been updated on PR portal Was able to link my file with GCkey in February 2022. since then no update I requested GCMS notes from CBSA and it says there IMM 5604 was incomplete... I sent completed form back...

Did you submit SCH A form by webform?

you didnt ask for GCMS notes from CBSA. You should request and do you know if they have started processing your file?

Then how did you receive correspondance from IRCC. was it all by emails?

How often can we request GCMS notes. I didnt get any update also. Its been 13 months since I applied online

No one can really tell you when will your file will be processed it depends on the IRCC agent to whom your file is assigned.
