Yes my annamalai MA degree evaluation is also on hold. University says they have not recieved any verification request from wes. How are you contacting annamalai?

on the same page as you. The COE mail id mentioned in the website is not in use. Not sure if WES sent the mail to the currently used mail Id. Because in my case, univ says they dint receive any mail and that they will reply in few days once they receive.

But this email id is not working. Mails are getting bounced back. I have been trying to contact wes and annamalai, but no avail.
Only registrar mailed back informing that they have not recieved any email from wes.au_regr@ymail.com
You may try sending email at this id. Please let wes also know that annamalai registras official id is this. Not sure, but i hope this to help
Hi @MsMalik, I also received the same reply from au_regr@ymail.com. I don't think we can suggest WES with any mail ID to be used. I raised a ticket with WES saying the Univ dint receive mail. What you have done in your case?
Hi, Today I visited bangalore Annamalai University Branch, which is next to Vijaya Main College in RV road, there I have studid MBA in 2010. Applied today for transcripts, and person who sits in that room asked for 4500 for transcripts, he scanned my marks cards by mobile phone and sent to university. not sure this is real process which needs to be followed, he said within 15 to 20 days you will receive transcripts from the university to your given address. but he provided Acknnowledgement. so now I have to wait and see.

Hi @Srini_7961, I received transcripts in a similar way. I didn't even go to Bangalore office and I managed to do all this via calls only. So you will get the transcripts. No need to worry. Just ask them once after 15 days if you haven't received. They 'll check and let you know the status.
Hi, i had sent my transcript documents to annamalai university on around November 10. I did my MBA in 2016 (Distance education). Actually am keep on trying over phone in various contact number, but nobody is responding and i sent some e -mail also. But in website they mentioned the transcript will get in 20-25 days to the mentioned address.
Anybody can tell me how can i contact them to know the status of transcript?

Consolidated mark sheet will be issued only on request and on payment. Along with a D.D. drawn in favour of “The Controller of Examinations, Annamalai University”, for Rs.1000(payable at Puducherry or Chidambaram) Attach photocopies of all the mark sheets. On the reverse of the D.D. write your name, programme, Reg. No. and Purpose (consolidated marksheet fee). For one year course consolidated marksheet is not applicable.
As per our University procedure for transcript request we attest photocopies of the mark sheets and degree certificate ( you sent to us). Along with the attested copies we issue a "whomsoever it may concerned" letter which furnish informations like programme of study, duration of study, class obtained and Medium of instruction. For this we charge 50 US dollars. Please send a requisition letter (in the letter you mention specifically that you need medium of instruction letter) along with photocopies of your certificates and a demand draft for 50 US dollars drawn in favour of "The Controller of Examinations, Annamalai University", payable at Chennai. Also mention the complete postal address to which it has to be dispatched. Send your request to

I had read somewhere recently about getting the transcripts from Annamalai Uni (Tamil Nadu, India) but going to the Registration Office in the Uni and applying there. Good luck.
